In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, attentive to guest needs, and committed to delivering excellent service in a high-quality resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to their tables
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operation
• Handle guest inquiries and support front-of-house operations
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
