Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Executive Chef in the daily kitchen operations
• Support food preparation and service for hotel restaurants, events, and buffet service
• Prepare and present dishes in both the hot and cold kitchen sections, including salads, cold appetizers, and buffet items
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies
• Assist with stock control and proper storage of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role or professional kitchen environment
• Good knowledge of basic culinary techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn and develop
